TL;DR: Play fair, don't break or abuse the game, and remember purchases are handled by Apple. The app is provided "as is" for your personal enjoyment.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Tower Town (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tower Town for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and Apple's standard App Store terms.

3. In-app purchases

Tower Town may offer optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads or premium extras). All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.

Good to know

Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request them via Apple support.
Restore previous purchases anytime from the in-app settings.

4. Acceptable use

When using the app, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify or tamper with the app or its data
Use cheats, bots or exploits to manipulate scores or online features
Disrupt our servers or the experience of other players
Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Online features

Features such as the Daily Challenge and the background skyline rely on our servers and may change, pause or be discontinued at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Intellectual property

Tower Town, its name, artwork, music and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the app will be error-free or that progress will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
