How do I play Tower Town?
Drag the offered pieces onto the 5×5 grid. When you fill a full layer it locks in and your tower grows one floor taller. Keep stacking to climb through the biomes — meadow, city, clouds and finally deep space.
What's the Daily Challenge?
Every day there's one shared target shape, the same for every player worldwide. Build it to keep your daily streak alive — a quick, cozy ritual you can finish in a few minutes.
How is my progress saved?
Your tower height records, daily streak and settings are saved locally on your device. We recommend keeping your iPhone backed up via iCloud so your progress survives a device upgrade.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Tower Town's settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase — your ad-free / premium status will sync back automatically.
The game won't load or keeps crashing. What can I do?
Try in order: 1) force-quit Tower Town and relaunch, 2) update to the latest App Store version, 3) restart your iPhone, 4) check your internet connection. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
How do I remove ads?
Purchase the ad-free / premium option from the in-app store. Once active, no more interstitials — rewarded ads stay fully optional.
How do I report a bug?
Please email us at support@towertown.app and include:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 14) and iOS version
- The app version (shown in the in-app settings)
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one
